Exfoliating Oatmeal & Honey Soap

This bar is a handmade cold process soap, created in small batches using a traditional soapmaking method. After being crafted, it has been left to cure for a minimum of four weeks, allowing it to harden into a long-lasting bar.
 
Cold process soap is different from many store-bought soaps, which are often made with synthetic detergents. This method creates a true soap that includes the natural glycerine formed during the process. Each bar is made with a simple blend of oils and other ingredients chosen for a gentle cleanse and a pleasant lather.
 
The exfoliating oatmeal and honey bar is a simple, traditional soap made with a gentle blend of olive oil and coconut oil, this bar is unscented, making it a great choice for those who prefer a clean, fragrance-free wash. The addition of oats allows for a gentle exfoliation.
 
Because every bar is handmade, no two are exactly the same—they all have their own little variations in colour and look.
Ingredients: Olive Oil, Coconut Oil, Sodium Hydroxide*, Organic Oats, Honey, Turmeric Powder
*Sodium Hydroxide is not present after saponification (the fancy term used to describe the oils turning into soap)
